LEATHER TECHNICIAN TRAINING DAYS

Over the years Gliptone has trained people from all over the world, Gliptone has trained people from all sectors including the following:-  Specialist cleaners, Detailers, Car companies, Vehicle valeters, Motorbike companies, Aircraft companies, Furniture manufacturers and Restoration companies.  This one day training course offers expert professional training with a hands on experience. Below is a breif outline of the days agenda that will be followed by our trainer.

Morning Session 09:30 - 12:30

• Clean & prepare leather.
• Repair scuffs, cracking and other damages.
• Restore or change the colour of the leather.
• Apply finish to seal the colour.

Break for Lunch 12:30 - 13:00

• Small lunch provided by Gliptone Leathercare.

Afternoon Session 13:00 - 17:00

• The practical side of repairing leather where the attendees can get to try doing a repair for themselves.
• Creating the correct colour match, you will spend time with Gliptone's mixing team and will go through how they get the best colour match using our ScuffMaster dyes.

We run several training days a year and cost of a days course is £125 per person.
